1. Introduction

Welcome to Exaltati, a service designed to help church leaders create tailored, secure social media platforms that uplift their congregations and reflect their values. By using Exaltati, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which outline your rights and responsibilities regarding our service.

2. Service Overview

Exaltati specializes in building custom social network platforms for US churches. Our service includes:

  • one-time setup fee for deployment and customization.

  • monthly management fee covering hosting, moderation tools, security, backups, and technical support.

  • The option to cancel monthly management at any time, at which point platform maintenance becomes the customer’s responsibility.

3. Hosting and Performance

Each Exaltati plan includes dedicated VPS hosting, ensuring smooth performance:

  • Basic Plan (4 Cores / 8GB RAM) – Supports up to 1,000 users

  • Premium Plan (6 Cores / 12GB RAM) – Supports up to 2,500 users

  • Premium Plus Plan (12 Cores / 16GB RAM) – Supports up to 5,000 users

For platforms exceeding 5,000 users, we offer customized VPS solutions to guarantee friction-free scalability and optimal performance. Please contact us to discuss tailored hosting solutions for your growing community.

4. Subscription, Hosting, and Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly management fees cover server hosting, security, backups, moderation tools, and ongoing optimization.

  • Customers may cancel the monthly management subscription at any time, after which platform management—including moderation, security, and content oversight—becomes their full responsibility.

  • As hosting is included in the subscription, cancellation will require the customer to set up a new hosting service, to which Exaltati will transfer the platform. This may result in a temporary break in service availability during the transition.

5. Content Responsibility and Liability

5.1 Customer Ownership and Responsibility

The customer is the sole owner of their Exaltati platform. While Exaltati provides hosting and management services, the customer retains full responsibility for all content published on their platform.

5.2 Platform Administration and Moderation

  • The church leader/purchaser of the service will appoint a primary administrator responsible for overseeing content and moderation.

  • Exaltati equips platforms with self-moderation features, allowing users to report, block, and manage content within their community.

  • Exaltati intervenes only in extreme cases, such as addressing flagged content that violates community guidelines.

5.3 Legal Disclaimer

Exaltati shall not be held liable for any illegal, harmful, defamatory, or inappropriate content posted on customer platforms. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

5.4 Management Subscription and Content Oversight

  • If the monthly management subscription is canceled, the customer assumes full responsibility for moderation, security, hosting, and content oversight.

  • After cancellation, only basic support will be provided, and Exaltati will no longer actively manage content or platform security.

5.5 CSAM Scanning and Compliance

To ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, Exaltati has implemented the CSAM Scanning Tool provided by Cloudflare. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Automated Scanning

All content served through our website is automatically scanned against known CSAM databases to maintain a safe online environment and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Blocking and Reporting

If CSAM is detected:

  • The content will be immediately blocked to prevent further distribution.

  • Exaltati may take appropriate action, including reporting violations to legal authorities.

User Responsibility

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing any illegal content, including CSAM. Violations will result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Potential legal consequences

Data Handling and Compliance

Any flagged content will be handled according to applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • Preservation of evidence when required.

  • Mandatory reporting to legal authorities.

By continuing to use our platform, you acknowledge and accept these terms, reinforcing our commitment to child protection and online safety.

6. Acceptable Use and Termination of Services

  • To maintain a respectful and safe environment, Exaltati platforms must not be used for:

    • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content

    • Spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities

    • Unauthorized data collection or user privacy violations

Exaltati reserves the right to terminate services for platforms found to be in violation of these policies. In such cases, the customer will be provided a date by which they must arrange new hosting so that Exaltati can transfer the platform.

Of course, this is highly unlikely given the nature of the networks we build. However, this clause ensures clarity on how such scenarios would be handled, should they arise.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Exaltati provides services as-is and makes no guarantees regarding continuous uptime, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with third-party applications. We are not responsible for platform failures caused by customer mismanagement, external threats, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Amendments to Terms

Exaltati may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
